Sailing experience:

It is the passion for sailing that brought me to be a member of the Italian national sailing team for seven years (1990-1997) - participating in:

  • 7 World Championships
  • 5 European Championships
  • 2 Mediterranean Championships
  • Several Italian championships

 

Other major achievements include:

  • The European Championship in Athens
  • 2 Mediterranean Championship
  • 6 Italian titles including 1 Silver and 3 bronze medals

 

In 1996 I was a member of the Italian Olympics “Europe Class” coaching staff; preparing the team for the Olympic Games in Atlanta. I have also been involved in some of the most important regattas in Europe, Australia, United States and New Zealand.

 

I graduated in 2002 from the University Institute of motor science (I.U.S.M.) in Rome with a thesis in the physiological adjustments of a sailor during hiking. In 2007 I became Chairman of Yachting Management.
